The Runamuck Russia title is defended in both the GbWo and in God Damn Japan. However, all holders of this title are GbWo superstars. This belt was won by Wildman Damn before he entered the GbWo. He won a 16-man tournament in the defunct Siberia Championship Wrestling promotion, defeating current GDJ rosteree Fubu. He brought his title to the GbWo and later defended it, upon his debut.
